Electronic Arts games to be distributed by Sega in Japan!

Well, this is sort of ironic: Sega and Electronic Arts just announced a deal by which Sega distributes their games in Japan. This starts this very month and the first title to get that honor is ‘Shadows of the Damned’, which is an awesome game in my opinion. This deal also includes older games by EA.

Remember when EA refused to support the Dreamcast? Thankfully, those days are long gone and it shows that the Sega brand still carries some weight.

  1. A little bitter sweet with the Dreamcast history, but this has some potential. EA has some deep pockets, I wonder if a collaboration is in the near future for franchises thought to be dead but looking for a third installment? *ahem*

  2. i hope we get another road rash
