Binary Domain features robots, noodles and coffee

The Yakuza team, which is behind Binary Domain, certainly is no stranger to product placement. If you’ve ever played a Yakuza game, you’ve noticed the many brands that are presents, including the stores you can visit. There, it only adds to the feel of running around in virtual Tokyo. The inclusion of real Coffee and noodle brands may seem like an odd choice, but it makes sense in a way and as long as it isn’t too much in your face, I’m okay with it. They added a dumpling restaurant, TullY’s coffee and Nissin noodles. Interesting choices, to say the least.

You won’t be able to enter their stores though, but maybe you can make them explode in a mission?
