Rhythm Thief, which came out last week in Japan, managed to sell 31,598 units, placing it on the second spot behind Mario Kart 7, which sold about 4k units more! That is pretty impressive if you ask me, since this is a completely new IP. It managed to beat the weekly sales of Capcom’s Monster Hunter for the 3DS, but that game has been on the market for quite some time. It will be interesting to see how well it is going to do in the next few weeks.
