Steve Lycett (S0L), executive producer over at Sumo Digital, announced via the Sega forums that Sonic and All-Stars Racing Transformed will be receiving a patch.
It hasn’t been confirmed yet as to what the patch will include, but Steve said not to “expect any extra tracks or characters though, just before you ask…!” (Well, there goes my hopes for Ryo or Alis anytime soon.)
We should be seeing said patch for PS3 and Xbox 360 next Monday, and a little later for Wii U.

…as I figured I’d have some interested parties 😛
All being well we’ll be able to push the PS3 and 360 updates live on Monday. I’m waiting for confirmation on Wii U but that also shouldn’t be too far behind.
I know it’s a been a wait, but hopefully it’ll be worth it!
The updates feature lots of tucks and tweaks, should address many of the issues you’ve reported to us and also pull in improvements we’ve been doing on PC. Don’t expect any extra tracks or characters though, just before you ask…!

Hopefully the patch will fix collisions with other players! I can’t count how many times I’ve screwed up from bumping into another car.
Some feel (myself included) that the A.I can use a little tweak. And I have done almost everything in this game
Jeez. I guess that whole “Vote for the DLC you want!” thing was all for naught.
*Sigh…*
Maybe it’s for the best. It may lower the chances of Hatsune Miku, and MAYBE boost the chances of Alis Landale?
*nudge nudge, Sumo Digital*
Alis/Landale/Hovercraft/Landrover DROOL
I wouldn’t mind if they used some sort of adaption of the Ice Digger for a boat.
MAKE IT HAPPEN, SUMO DIGITAL. PLEASE.
It could have resistance to being frozen
GRRRR hate that lol :p
