Footage of Dream Raiders, Sega Amusements’ ambitious new light gun arcade game, has appeared on Youtube.
This real-time gameplay footage says a lot more about the game than Sega’s previously released trailers. For example, we now know that six dreams are available to play and all six of the dreams are accessible from the start. If players perform well enough, they will have access to one of three bonus “special dreams” including a fight with a dragon and defeating an alien invasion.
From what I’ve seen in this video and elsewhere, Dream Raiders is a very impressive and very original light gun game. It’s unlikely that I’ll ever be able to play Dream Raiders, but perhaps you already have. Let us know by leaving a comment below!
