Fans of the Alien franchise rejoice! After months of silence, Sega finally announces Alien: Isolation, a new survival horror title for Playstation 4 and Xbox One.
Alien: Isolation is being developed by Creative Assembly and tells the story of Amanda Ripley, the daughter of our unbreakable series’ protagonist, Ellen Ripley. The game will feature only one Alien that will be hunting Amanda throughout the game. Creative Assembly designed Alien: Isolation in such a way that Xenomorph will react to the player’s actions. As a result, every encounter will end up being unpredictable.
Getting back to the roots of survival horror and creating a good Alien game are both very difficult tasks, but I believe Creative Assembly have the right ideas and the ability to convert them into something special.

Words cannot describe how much I am suppressing the fanboy in me right now. At least Gearbox is nowhere near this!
