If there is anything that Call of Duty and Battlefield have taught us, it’s that the world of games needs more color. I’m talking about the colors of 1999. Jet Set Radio Future may never see a full blown sequel, but Fusty Games and Midgar Studio are going to do their best to make one anyway.
Hover: Revolt of Gamer is a futuristic first-person free-running game, and it looks like it could be a spiritual sequel to Jet Set Radio Future. The vivid colors, crazy scoring system, and eye-popping graffiti makes any Sega fan want to throw on his roller blades and fight, “the man.”
As if the theme itself weren’t enough, Jet Set Radio composer, Hideki Naganuma, will be composing the soundtrack to Hover. The team will be going to Kickstarter soon, so go ahead and prepare to give all your money to this Green lit game. I know I already have.
