We all know the drill: Movie-licensed games suck, right? Well, If you check out the trailer in the source, you ould actually speculate that this game, based on the Captain America movie, could actually be quite decent. Let’s just hope for the best, shall we?

I do agree in general about movie license games, but there are some that were pretty fun. The first Iron Man game from Sega no less, Wolverine Origins was pretty cool; I actually liked some older ones too.
Like Batman Forever the Video Game (Arcade), that was a nice digitized beat em’ up. Aladdin, Lion King, Jungle Book and a bunch of Disney 16 bit titles were always fun.
Spider-man 2 for the last gen was a treat, anyways there are some here and there that can be fun :p
The mechanic of using the shield as a boomerang could be pretty fun. I remember using a similar kind of thing in Alex Kidd in Shinobi World (I think??) to great enjoyment. Considering how much games cost to make these days, I’m a little surprised that we still get a video game (and usually cross platform) for pretty much every big movie blockbuster.
sadly, IGN gave this game a bad review. i was looking forward to the game too.
