If you’re one of the numerous individuals who bought an OUYA and are wondering if you can find anything to play on it, then Sega has a potential answer for you. Since yesterday gamers can treat themselves to a little Sonic CD courtesy of the consoles ‘discover’ store. This classic Sonic title is only $2.99 and you can even try the first level for free! What a deal!
Of course a Sonic CD port has been wildly available for some time now, but it’s still nice to see this fan favourite make it another console… even if there is a chance that everyone who has an OUYA already had access to it. None the less if you have an OUYA and can’t make up your mind, you can read our review of the original port here.

I’ve never heard of a OUYA. But now I want it!! Just because of Sonic CD.
It’s a neat little budget console with loads of potential, but has suffered from indifferent reviews and a lack of support from bigger devs and publishers.
Sega’s involvement with the OUYA has been slight, so we haven’t had much opportunity to report on the console, but he’s some related news stories to sink your teeth into.
