Pretend you have zero debt, great credit, a solid middle class job, and you’re a hardcore Sega completionist. How much would you be willing to pay for a Sega Pluto? This appears to be far more rare than the gold Nintendo World Championship game.
I have a theory about PSO2, it’s not based on anything but my trying to rationalize Sega being so quiet about it. Could Sega be holding off on releasing it in order to make it a launch title for this holiday season? A retail version, that has a lot of the stuff you currently have to pay for, unlocked. It would be pretty neat to have an MMO available at launch for the 3 newest systems. I’m totally grasping at straws.
If Acclaim were in existence today, what franchise would you like to see them destroy, video game or other?
A few words for our Video game publishing & developer friend, Acclaim.
Triple A projects, success, money & time may not been on your side. But all that you had, you just threw out there for the public to consume at their will. There may not have been as many selling successes to ensure that you’d be with us still to this day, but the memories of just what you’ve done are truly etched in our minds. I can only say this, not because of my efforts but those who really cared. Alex Riggen, a man with the talent to make watching a grape turn to a raisin interesting. His cohorts Kris,(do you know what time it is over here?), Tom (looks blotchy, no depth to it) and Mike (a pro @ the Super Slash Double Move triple X Combo round house Fatal Finisher guy ) could only mutter the words “ahh, another episode with these guys?” Which brings me to say, thank you guys. This podcast series was thoroughly done, and done beyond the pale. 16 parts, some might say there shoulda been 20. I say with a heavy heart, to our dear friend Acclaim, rest in peace.
