Phantasy Star Online 2 Reaches 500,000 Users on Vita

Released at the tail-end of February, the Japanese Vita release for Phantasy Star Online 2 has already reached over a half million registered users. In celebration, people playing PSO2 on the Vita will receive a Tri Boost +100% item which for 30 minutes will improve the amount of meseta, rare items and experience points the player receives.

It’s good to see the Vita version doing well alongside it’s PC counterpart. With E3 this week in North America, hopefully we’ll see some sign of Sega of America planning to launch the Western version soon.
