Many have fond memories of Mutant League Football when they think of the Sega Genesis/ Mega Drive. All the action and excitement of avoiding land mines, dismembering opponents and killing off the referee to have one of your own players decide if the yellow flag should be thrown. Michael Mendheim, creator of Mutant League sports, wants our help to relive “the glory goes to the gory” memories by bringing us Mutant Football League.
The Kickstarter trailer contains much of the humor from Mutant League Football but also outlines the vision for the game and some of the people involved. Since the title hit Kickstarter it has had strong support but is still far from the $750,000 goal.
