To Anyone: I don’t believe I’ve ever broken a single SEGA controller in my life time. How about you?
To No one: Went to see Iron Man 2 the other day, and amongst the product placement, I saw SEGA had it’s logo on one of Tony’s maps later in the movie.
SEGA! You know, the one that just screams at you?
Sega’s had a lot of different openings, think you guys can comment on some of them?
And an actual question though: What do you guys think Sega would’ve done if the Dreamcast hadn’t died so early? Obviously there wouldn’t have been much competition graphics-wise with the new consoles, but then again, nobody pushed the dreamcast to its limits, so theres no telling what kind of amazing games they’d have on it. Do you think they would’ve kept making amazing games? I do, they would’ve inspired some amazing developers I’m sure. Maybe even RARE would’ve picked up on it instead of Microsoft. That would’ve been GREAT.
With 2 Sonic games set for release late on in the year (4 and Colours.) Do you think there’s any danger of Sega eating into their own sales releasing them so close together?
Also, did Jim ever get his special ed version of Sonic Collection?
A request of daring feat: Talk about a game as if it were a different product altogether, food related or not! You must sound like you’re advertising the product on a commercial! 50s music and attire optional! For great justice! Exclamation point!
I think Manic is hoping you guys pick Seaman. + points if you can impersonate Leonard Nemoy in the commercial <3
Spider-Man was a great game, I loved the Sega CD’s cut scene animation (which was reminiscent of Willy Beamish) but the Genesis one was better, just wish it had the flip kick and the web overload move in it!
NiGHTS into dreams 3D Pad, best fighting pad for Saturn. It’s was like playing fighting games with the Dreamcast controller but with 6 buttons on the face, I loved it.
Being relatively young when I first played the Game Gear, the only game I remember playing on it was the first sonic game to come out for the handheld. My question is what were some of your favorite Game Gear games and did you guys feel that the Game Gear posed any real threat to the Gameboy?
I want to see viral marketing begin for Jet Set Radio Addicts.
