Sonic Generations Interview and Additional Gameplay Footage

Had enough Sonic Generations footage yet? If you’re like me, I know you haven’t. This video features expanded footage of both Classic and Modern Sonic, and an in-Japanese (And subtitled in Spanish. if you know either language and can translate this for us, please do!) interview with the game’s producer, the infamous Takashi Iizuka. It also shows off some of the little presentation details between the two styles of play as well, such as how the music changes for each playstyle.

I know the Sonic Cycle is in full effect for a lot of people right now, but I couldn’t be happier with what I’ve seen so far. This really is a dream game for this Sonic fan. Just needs Chemical Plant and Hydrocity… What do you do you think? Tell us in the comments!

  1. Random non-journalistic comment: HNNNNNNNNNNNNGH THOSE HORNS IN THE GREEN HILL MODERN MUSIC.

  2. if my translation is correct, then he said “this will be a good game, and you should pre-order it now”

  3. There better be some sort of level select code so I can SKIP the Chemical Plant…

  4. I can’t wait to play Pumpkin Hill in HD.
That’s everyone’s favorite level, right? Right?

I just want the autotuned remix of the level music. “FIST METAL CRACKLE”.
