Sonic the Hedgehog 2: Now with real voice acting action!

Last night I laid awake thinking about the perfection that is Sonic 2. Beautiful visuals, great level design there’s just so much that game does right. Is it perfect? Is there any way to improve upon the original game.

For many years I thought the answer was a firm “no.”

I was so wrong. Of course there was a way to improve upon Sonic 2. Give Sonic and Tails actual voices. Personalities of such depth and character that the player would relate to them more than ever before.

After many years and long nights of perfecting the idea I give you this video. You’ll never play Sonic 2 the same way again.

Enjoy…

  5. Thanks everyone. This is actually kind of a test to see if its actually funny or not. I wasn’t really sure haha. If people like it I might turn it into a video series adding voices to other 8 and 16-bit games.

  12. BODACIOUS… yeah lol That was fun to watch but man would it have been annoying if the entire game was like that especially with Tails disappearing every five seconds.
