So you thought that Shinobi update for House of the Dead Overkill: The Lost Reels was awesome? Well stand back because Sega has blown that update out of the water with a new one featuring everyone’s favorite collection of green spheres, Vectorman. Like the Joe Musashi update you can unlock Vectorman’s ball gun (complete with retro particle effects) with in-game currency, this weapon costing 70,000 ‘Ka$h’ specifically. The high price point is definitely going to set players back ‘Ka$h’ wise so luckily Sega has some money earning tips on the Sega blog to help gamers out. How lovely!
So now that we have these two characters, do you think we can expect any more? I love crossover weapons and even just thinking about these retro heroes in a modern day Sega title like this makes me wet with joy. Really hope this gets a console sequel and they do some cool lil things like this for it. Love fun extras in games!
