Remember a little while ago when youtuber user ChaoFanatic recreated the Sonic OVA Metal Sonic battle in Source Fimmaker? Well make that two-nill for the versatile Source engine-based video editor, as youtube user waxination has recreated what is probably the most famous ‘Sonic Sez’ section, fromAdventures of Sonic the Hedgehog in the same way.
What I find most astonishing about this video is how the user was able to imbue what was admittedly a pretty character-less classic Sonic from Sonic Generations with the personality and attitude of Sonic as depicted in Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog. Sonic’s fanbase is one of the most creative in my opinion and I really hope to see way more of this stuff coming out of Valve’s Source Filmmaker in the future.
