Sega Post Profitable Numbers for Fiscal Year End

Most of the news about video games shows decreasing sales and adjustments for the coming fiscal year, and Sega is no exception, with profits down approximately 8% from the previous year; however, Sega still is showing profits of $300M. This is due primarily to the impressive numbers from Total War: Rome 2, Football Manager 2014, Sonic Lost World, and Company of Heroes 2.

As for me, I’m very excited to see Sonic Lost World on the list of big sellers. It was a very different game for the franchise, and I love to see risk taking get rewarded.
