Tonight we’ll be recording an episode of a podcast that is an episode. It is an episode on first person games that have appeared on various Sega consoles. This episode will also include some Sega news talk and other stuff. Also, in this episode there will be listener questions. If you want to ask a listener question and have it answered in this episode please leave it in the comments below. Tom will not be on this episode but Mike, Kris and myself will. It probably won’t be a very good episode.

  1. 1. Has anyone played Zero Tolerance on the Sega Genesis? If not, I definitely recommend it if you enjoy Doom or Wolfenstein. If you have played it, what’s your favorite weapon?

    2. Do you feel shooters have become too complicated by using every single button on the controller now? If not, which ones pull it off well?

    3. Who accidentally drew a Sega Addicts Kids Table header for this week?

  2. Scott is right! Zero tolerance is great! One of the few system link titles too!

Fps questions: did you think Maken X would have been great with a more refined sequel? I thought it used melee quite well considering how new that was at the time.

General question. What does your gut tell you is going to be the fate of the wii u? Most likely fate: wii (wins console war), GameCube (respectable 2nd or 3rd) or DC (last stand for Nintendo)?

  3. Where did Tom go? 🙁

  4. Actually, that header really isn’t half bad.

  5. isn’t it josh? Is it because you drew it.
    be honest….

  6. Why is it that NO firstperson shooter has enabled a “danger-roll” or a Dive. Dispite haw much we can do or see. I remember how excited I was when I was able to see my own body in ” the Darkness”

  7. I never played any FPS on a sega consoles but I remember a game ” Deus Ex Machina” a
    FP-fighter.
DO you think sega should persue this genre again, would a new or existing title Do?

  8. if you look at this page’s twitter feed kris’s twitter pick looks like he’s eating a bannana.
could you ask francis what he has to say about that? (> ^.^)>
