The Sega Addicts Kids Table: Wirehead Commentary Track

Looks like we’re here again! That’s right after an unexpected break The Sega Addicts Kids Table is back on track to provide you with more podcast fun! However since John has been a very busy bee lately, he couldn’t make it to our House of the Dead 2 commentary recording. Of course we didn’t want him to miss out on this though, so Stevie and Josh postponed that commentary and instead invited Michael Westgarth to get his mind fucked by the insanity of the Sega CD classic: Wirehead.

You may have heard us talk about this game in the past. Or maybe you might remember some of it’s scenes from a far off nightmare. Either way it’s pure insanity is enough to melt minds. Are you ready for this? If so you can watch the video along with us here (thanks to cubex55). So watch it and enjoy the feeling of your mind unravelling.

Download it here!

Or go to our iTunes and do the things that you do there. Maybe you could review us? That would be neat. The neatest thing in the world perhaps!

We’ll be back next week with House of the Dead 2 and another extra treat! In the meantime you can still do Episode 51’s Newey Needs to Knowey by answering the latest question through the Sega Addicts twitter. The question is about Sega and pizza… and not in a nice way. Have fun!

  1. ‘The Times’ gave this commentary a generous 4.5 disgruntled Saudi Arabians out of 5.

  2. SA: “House of the Dead 2 commentary recording”

    Me: 😀

SA: “instead invited Michael Westgarth to get his mind fucked by the insanity of the Sega CD classic: Wirehead.”

    • Hey, don’t knock it ’till you try it. Besides, by watching the video you’ve essentially beaten the game, and that’s certainly something worth bragging about to your friends and family.

  3. Excellent job, gentlemen! I enjoyed every second of this.

It almost looked like the western scenes were taken out of this game’s Sega CD brother: Mad Dog McCree. I mean literally, they used the same set.

I think with a few more commentaries the site should start it’s own RiffTrax/MST3K-style youtube channel. Juuuuuuust sayin…
